  • Statement of intent
    Beaulieu House is a family run home offering a friendly service, and a unique place to say that is responsive to the needs of guests. Your comfort and enjoyment really is our top priority; guests have free use of our elegant lounge with its sumptuous chairs and sofas, chandeliers, marble fireplaces and original Victorian features. And each day we serve a freshly cooked Welsh breakfast, or a continental option, using locally sourced ingredients in our breakfast room; against the stunning backdrop of Llandudno Bay. Any dietary requirements must be notified to us before arriving.
  • The approach
    Entrance to Beaulieu House is accessed by a short incline of the driveway, and has four steps to the front door. Beaulieu House is our home and therefore has no lift. All bedrooms are accessed by stairs, Gogarth and Cariad on the first floor (1.5 stair case rise) and Wyddfa and Arian on the top floor (another 1.5 stair case rise). We will endeavour to help guests with any luggage to the bedrooms if required.
  • Under 18s
    As our family home, and catering predominantly for people who appreciate a quiet escape from everyday stresses we are unable to accommodate guests under the age of 18.
  • Pets
    No pets are permitted.
  • Car parking
    There is a space for 3 small cars or 2 larger cars on the drive, otherwise there is also on street parking on the road. The road is a cul-de-sac.
  • Evening meals
    There are no provisions for evening meals at Beaulieu House, however there are plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance.
  • Entrance
    A front door key and room key will be provided for guests. Lighting in the hallway and landing are sensor operated, for health and safety there is no risk of having to find the light switch!
  • Toilet facilities
    There are small WC facilities on the ground floor. D├ęcor chosen by Ellie!
  • Evacuation
    In an emergency, guests will evacuate through the entrance door. Another two alternative exit doors are fully accessible on the ground floor, the back door and on the first floor. A fully hardwired fire alarm system is installed recently.
  • Exit Doors
    In an emergency, customers will normally evacuate through the main entrance door. Both alternative exit areas are also fully accessible. Staff will undergo basic training in evacuation procedures and will be responsible for getting guests out of the building.
  • Other
    The town centre is within walking distance of around three minutes. There is a small downhill incline to get to the town centre. Obviously a small uphill climb back to the house, the views are worth the exercise!
    There is a local taxi service.
    There is a regular bus service from the town in every direction.
    The nearest train station is Llandudno 0.6miles away (4mins by car/14 mins by foot).
